Why should I join Club George?
Because it’s more than a wine subscription — it’s your backstage pass to Château George 7. In addition to getting our wines delivered to your door, enjoy rare, small-batch wines crafted just for members, special gifts & invitations to join Sally for exclusive events.
Will I get access to limited-edition wines?
Yes! Club members have access to our small-batch and library wines - - otherwise only available if you visit our tasting room. These aren’t available in shops or restaurants, or anywhere else!
Each of our limited-edition bottles will be numbered and you will have the opportunity to choose numbers that are meaningful to you.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Europe, the UK, most of the U.S and many other countries. The price you see for your package already includes delivery to your door — duties and taxes all taken care of.

When will I get my first shipment?
If you join by the end of September, you will receive the Autumn/Winter selection. If you join after the main shipping date but until end of December , you can choose to get the Autumn/Winter selection or wait until Spring.
FYI we pause shipping in July and August to avoid spoilage—especially in the U.S. and hot regions—even as late as September.
Can I customize my selection?
Absolutely! Each shipment includes options for swaps or adjustments—just email us your preferences (e.g.“all red please!”), and we’ll tailor your case so you only receive wines you love. If your changes affect the overall value of the shipment (for example, switching to more premium bottles), there may be an extra charge, which we’ll confirm with you before shipping.
Can I gift a membership?
Absolutely – You can give a 1-year membership as a gift, or share all or part of your shipment with someone special -- say, ship 6 bottles to you and 6 to them. Additional shipping costs may be added based on your friend's location.
When will I pay?
You’ll only be charged just before each shipment, not at sign-up. We’ll always send you an email with your final selection (and any price adjustments if you’ve made changes) so there are no surprises.
Overwhelmed by too much wine?
Here are some ideas to keep on getting Club benefits – it would be a pity to see you go:

Try downsizing from our Entertainer plan (12 bottles twice a year) to the Weekender (6 bottles twice a year).

Gift a case or two to a friend—it’s easy!

Want to keep benefits but need a break? Pause your membership for one season—just email us to arrange it.
How can I pause or cancel my membership?
Club membership is for a minimum of 1 year so we trust you will honour that commitment.
Membership is a one-year commitment, but once you're there, if life gets in the way:

Pause for one season to stay in the club.

If you'd like to cancel after your full year, just let us know when we reach out 2–3 weeks before your next shipment.
